Job description
Works with VP of Product and company executives to develop and execute product strategy to deliver on business goals. Clarifies and owns target market, embodies strict customer-centricity, fosters high-functioning cross-functional teams and maintains a delivery-oriented mindset. Hires, manages, and develops team of Product Managers. Drives effective process and team work across UX, Design, Marketing, and Engineering. Ideal candidate will have experience in Enterprise or Consumer SaaS product(s), with strong understanding on cross-functional dependencies, particularly around the technology stack. Candidate will be steeped in experience delivering customer value, while lowering business risks, at high-quality in short, metrics-driven iterations.
What you will do: Develop and continuously communicate the product vision/roadmap with 12-18 months perspective Maintain an industry-expert level of understanding and contribute to strategic conversations relating to relevant products and technology such as: - presentation tools - collaboration & note taking tools - touch & mobile displays Manage Product Managers to ensure delivery of user experience Support strong culture, develop Prezi values and facilitate the individual's personal and professional development Participate as an active member of the Prezi leadership team Clearly outline plans, critical path, dependencies, & risks. Anticipate problems, proactively create projects on cross-functionality/product-wide initiatives Ensure teams have fun, while delivering seriously reliable and powerful visual communications product(s) Accountable for function’s dependencies and critical path and proactively creates contingency plan Have an impact on the company and long term initiatives Participate in proactive planning, work with Head of Product, engage with the board to meet company objectives

Desired Skills and Experience Expectations: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent At least 5-10 years’ experience of leading other product managers, working in globally competitive consumer-facing market environments. Advanced English level Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong coaching / feedback skills and values. It’s critical they know how to develop and foster world-class talent. Strategic planning, product planning, and Agile/Lean product development experience.
