A leading role in a dedicated project management office
As our new Project Director, you will be joining the Operations Project Portfolio Management department (OPPM), consisting of a global team of 18 project managers.
We are a committed project management office with responsibility for leading some of the most complex projects as well as building project management competencies in the LEGO Group’s Operations. In this perspective, your role will be to:
- Be part of the OPPM Leadership Team to participate in creating the strategy and managing and driving the agenda of OPPM
- Lead and execute on strategic and highly complex projects of a global nature throughout Operations
- Lead new key activities as well as define and drive must-win battles
- Function as a go-to expert on project management

Robust and curious with solid change management skills
As a person, you have the drive, curiosity and ability to challenge the way we approach our work and improve the way we do business. You also need to be robust, able to make decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your qualifications:
- As a minimum you have 7-8 years of project management experience during which you have lead complex projects that in particular has given you excellent change management skills
- Leadership experience as a line manager is an advantage but not a requirement
- You might have a technical background; an engineering master’s degree; or alternatively an MSc in Economics & Business Administration but with a practical experience within engineering
- Flexibility to travel with periods of very high travel activity
